• Trip requests are subject to availability, dispatch conditions, service area limitations, and operational constraints.
• Pickup and arrival times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, routing, driver availability, road conditions, or other factors.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, dropoff, and contact details.
• We may decline, cancel, or reschedule requests when necessary for safety, operations, legal compliance, or service limitations.

5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Pricing, cancellation terms, wait time charges, refund terms, and related service policies may be presented during booking, in a confirmation flow, or in another posted policy. By placing a booking, you agree to the pricing and terms shown at that time.

If you enable location access in our app, you allow us to use location information to support pickup assistance, trip coordination, routing support, ETA updates, dispatch accuracy, fraud prevention, and related operational purposes. You can manage location permissions in your device settings, but disabling them may limit certain app features.

All content, software, branding, logos, trademarks, designs, and related materials in the Services are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without prior written permission.
